A. Locally Stored Personal Information (On-Device Only)

  • User Profile: You may choose to enter a display name and select a role (Teacher, Student, or Aspirant) to customize in-app greetings. This information is saved locally on your physical device only and is never transmitted to our external servers.
  • School & Utility Records: All school calculations, MDM (Mid-Day Meal) register entries, student attendance counts, personal documents, and reminders remain strictly stored in local device storage.

B. Automatically Collected Technical Information

When using the application, integrated third-party service providers may automatically collect non-personally identifiable technical information to ensure application performance, stability, and advertisement serving:

  • Device model, manufacturer, and operating system version
  • Internet Protocol (IP) address and approximate coarse location
  • Google Advertising ID (GAID)
  • Application performance metrics, diagnostic logs, and crash reports
